What Type Of Headset Should I Buy For My Call Center In The Philippines
I have tried many types of headsets from Analog, USB and plain old shit headset but the best of that I have found is this Logitech Premium Notebook Headset the reason I like it was because it was nice and small and the agents would be able to take it home with them everyday. I got tired of pay for all of these costly headsets over and over the years and once I found these headset I decided that I was going to make the agents pay for them which worked out very well because I did not have to pay for them and they lasted longer because the agents took better care of them because they paid for them. I just took at 300 Peso out of every pay I gave them which was twice a month so really did not hurt them nor did they get up set most like it allot because they were able to take it home and use it.
I started do this about two years ago and most of the agents still have them and are in good working condition.
You can go for the Shit cdr king ones but they break pretty easy because it’s junk but they do the job if your a tight ass.

Hi Ed,
There are so many different types of headsets that you can use from cheap to expensive, I have noticed the last couple of months the cheap headsets seem to work pretty well because at the end of the day the agents do not treat them very well but if you make them but it them selfs they seem to laster longer.
