Vicidial Hosting

I have been using Vicidial for about 4 to 5 years and I have to say holy shit because the difference from now to 5 years ago is such a huge difference going from banging my head on the wall at times to now if set up correctly works great with out any down time. Now here is the important thing about using Vicidial in your office or using it at a hosted solution is that you set it up correctly and if you are like many of use are going to give it a shot your self and see if you can get it working because now days it’s a cd install and then everything should work but there are many more parts to it then you would think. I would highly recommend that you have a pro install and set up everything for you on the dialer even if cost you a little bit of money. I have a friend I’ve been working with and installing Vicidial over the years, he just started his new company up this last year offering Vicidial installations, Vicidial hosting and Vicidial support. I will tell you the truth when we first started using and doing Vicidial installs we did run into some problems because we were newbies but now over the years we learned about everything that we could or I mean my friend Lito. Now at this stage of the game there is no reason to do an install on a machine in your office, host it some in the States. Companies are popping up all over the place offering all types of Vicdial hosting but again I’m going to punch you in the gut and remind you that you need a pro to have it installed and also having some one there to call or email if some thing may every happen.
