Vicidial

I have been hearing allot about this new vicidialbox.com and it seems to be the real deal, meaning if you know a little about vicidial admin page like loading leads of adjusting the pacing you are fine. What it sounds like is that they have taken everything that they know on how to set this up correctly at the begin which is where you have allot of problems and done it the Matt way meaning that you are not going to run into allot of problems.  So at this point you really don’t need to have a vicidial consultant that you have to worry about because its been set up the correct way.  Also you can use vicidial them selfs to support the dialer if need be the cost is 200 dollars an hour but you have some one that helped build the dialer working on your system is something goes wrong and for the most part they can fix it very fast.

Also from what Vicidial has said to my friend over the phone was that over the last 6 months that they have fix most of there bugs and the dialer is operating allot better then it ever has.

If you are looking at using a dialer or buying one I would really suggest that you go to go to vicidialbox down load it and then burn it on to a cd and then install it following there guide on setting it up and then contact vicidial to finish setting up the telco. Also buy the agent guide and managers guide on how to use there dialer, it will help you out allot on understanding how it works.

This is a way cheaper option then buying a high end dialer.
