Chat is over rated, we have used it about a year ago and just set it up again in hope that we would get more sales but nothing else changed other then we have a pop up on our site asking if they would like to talk to some one but guess what no one ever clicks it asking to talk to some one!
If you are thinking about placing chat on your website to help boost your sales its not going to work.
