2. What VOIP provider do you use and how long have you been using them?
3. Do you have a back up VOIP provider?
4. What type of predictive dialer do you use and how long have you been using it.
5. Who supports your predictive dialer and are they available 24/7.
6. What ACD phone system do you use and how long have you been using it.
7. Who is the one that supports your ADC phone system and are they available 24/7.
8. How long have you been in business.
9. How many clients have you done seat leasing with.
10. What type of headsets do you use? USB is best.
11. What type of computers do you use? If you are using USB headset, PCs must be at least 1GHz with 256 Ram.
12. Is the telco included or do I have to pay it?
13. If telco is not included then what is the rate I have to pay per minuet? a good price is about 1.3 cents per minute 6/6
14. What type of reporting does your system have?
15. Can you help me hire agents?
16. Can you help me with contacts etc with my employees.
