Philippines Call Center Grand Master The Call Center Guy

By admin On May 27, 2009 No Comments

I have been here in the Philippines for around 6 year now and as you can see I know how to set up a call center from start to finish and get the best possible price that there is. Also one of the most important things is to know what you are getting into before you get into it and I can tell you that all the companies or partners that we work with are straight forward and are all good companies to deal with.

Why Do I Call My Self The Call Center Guy?

By admin On May 27, 2009 No Comments

I have thought about this many times and I would say this is why, I started out seat leasing and ended up building my own call center with my self and Rommel. I started with little or no capital that my father had given me, love you dad! When the capital that my father had given me had ran out we have to start thinking smart which ment I had to do it instead of paying some one to do it so I have to learn the ins and the outs of building and operating a call center from scratch and the funny thing is that I think that I did about everything possibly wrong that you can do over all. Over time I learned and learned on what to do right, you know what they say, you can only get hit in the head some many times tell you bring up your hand to block the punch or you are going to get knocked out.

We had to learn to install and set up a pbx, dialer, networking, OS, running power, government, taxes, HR, contracts, hands books and allot of heard work.

I have been through pretty much everything that you could go through when building and operating a call center or a business here in the Philippines.

That’s why they call me the call center guy!
