2. VOIP provider, this is very important.
3. USB headset, This is very important.
4. Predictive dialer, This is very important
5. ACD Phone system, This is very important
6. Computer, not so important.
7. Office, not important.
The rest is up to you but pretty much the first five is what I think is what makes a call center work well.
There are now so many call centers here that are offering seat leasing that you have to really look into the company that you would like to use because there is allot of call center here in the Philippines that have no idea what they are doing and think that just because they they have money that they can start a call center. You want to have some one that has been offering seat leasing for a while, it don’t matter how good looking there office is as long as it works and remember that.
I know and have heard of many companies choosing call centers here just because they look good, any one can spend allot of money to make a office look good but only some can make everything work.
