Call Center Philippines Help

By admin On May 27, 2009 Under Call Center Outsourcing Help, Call Center Philippines

I have been getting allot of people asking for a little advance about call center stuff in the Philippines and here is the major questions.

What telco do you use? asiapacificnetwork.net and contact me for me telco.
What dialer do you use? Vicidial which is free but you have to pay some one to set it up. It works well but reporting is not that good, I would really suggest using www.hosteddialer.com 190 a month per person and it includes telco and they know what they are doing, it’s Vicidial but advanced.
Where should I stay? Any city land in Ortigas they are small places but the price is about 12K for a one bedroom so worth it or if you come here every once in a while to look after your team much better to rent there then pay for a hotel for a couple nights which might cost you 120 a night.
Where is the best food? Texas Road House in Ortigas.
Where is the best to hang out that don’t cost much? Cafe gogo in Ortigas.
Who long have you been here? six years.
Do you have a wife? yes and she is from here, we have been married for 4 years.
Do you have kids if so how many? Yes 4.
If I like to have a good time and want to go out of town where do I go? Angles :) Beware and make sure you watch your self there.

The best advise I can give every one is not to leave Ortigas!

Also if you are thinking about setting up in other places don’t to much of a risk the unknown.
