Call Center Agents | Back pay | 13 Month pay?

By admin On August 26, 2009 Under Call Center Outsourcing Help

I have been thinking about this for a long time now on where is right and when should the agent be paid once they quit or resign, finally got the correct information.

30 days from the date that when they quit or resign they will be able to get there back pay and 13 month pay.

If you do not tell you this our agents that have resigned will just nag you tell they get it.

That’s a good news for those retirees, that they can get their 13 month pay.

I have a friend who work in E-Telecare in Libis. She resigned last June, 2009. Until now, the company has not given her final pay and back pay yet (she resigned a day after the salary so her last pay was placed on hold). We called the company several times and we’ve also requested to reush it because it has been already 9 months and all they can say is that it has been submitted last Feb. 2, 2010.
