13th Month Pay and BackPay

Hello Every one!!!!

I have been getting allot of comments on an article that I wrote a while back on 13th month pay and back pay. Not sure if any one is going through the comments that I have replied to but don’t seem like it because I’m getting more and more.

Everyone that is worried about getting back pay and 13th month pay needs to look at there contract and employee hand book! Every thing they need to know is in there and if not then they can pull it up to the company where they are working. If it’s not in the contract from what I under stand then you are entitled to it but you need to read. the contract.
